Workshop helps employees figure retirement strategies

Specialists will help you to determine how many years until you can retire — or whether you should at all — at a workshop Thursday, Oct. 30, at 2:30 p.m. Topics include calculating monthly annuity and sick-leave account insurance values, retirement benefits, how to choose an annuity option, health insurance after retirement and sick-leave accumulation.

Recommended for those two to five years from retirement, the workshop is repeated 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 19, and Monday, Dec. 8. All three sessions are in 220 Ingraham. Information: 262-5650, employee@bussvc.wisc.edu.
