UW–Madison will offer an easier way for some employees to get COVID-19 shots

This process requires you to sign into an internet site through University Health Services. At the site, called MyUHS, you will be asked a series of questions before you can make your appointment. Here is a link to the site: go.wisc.edu/myuhscovidvax

All employees at UW–Madison can use MyUHS to schedule their appointment to receive a COVID-19 shot once they are eligible. However, employees who have difficulty using the website, including those who are not native English speakers, will soon be offered an easier way to get their shots. UW–Madison will have more information to share by next week.

This includes special COVID-19 clinics for second and third shift employees. This will be similar to when you get your flu shot on campus. Language support will be provided.

University Health Services will also make it easier for employees who need it to get COVID-19 shots during first shift hours at the Nicholas Recreation Center. This will be an option for English Language Learners in addition to anyone who has trouble with the website. Only employees and students who are eligible for vaccines will be able to use this option.

Please look for more information soon. It is also acceptable for eligible students and employees to get their COVID-19 shots off campus, such as through a health care provider or a pharmacy.
