Student Services Tower move under way
Several campus units have started the eagerly awaited process of relocating to the new Student Services Tower at 333 East Campus Mall.
The Student Services Tower is a 250,000-square-foot, multifunction space that will provide many services to students, faculty and staff.
As part of the new University Square complex, UW–Madison units can be accessed from a storefront entrance near the intersection of Johnson Street and East Campus Mall.
For all affected units, the moving process is expected to be completed by mid-January, well ahead of the start of the spring semester. The Office of Student Financial Aid was the first unit to occupy the new space on Dec. 11.
A tentative schedule of when offices expect to be up and running in the tower is below. However, if you have business with the units listed below, be sure to check office Web sites or call to confirm exact dates and times of operation.
- Monday, Dec. 15: Office of Student Financial Aid
- Tuesday, Dec. 16: Office of the Bursar
- Wednesday-Thursday, Dec. 17-18: Office of the Registrar
- Thursday, Dec. 18: Division of Enrollment Management,
- Thursday, Dec. 18: Integrated Student Information System (ISIS)
- Friday, Jan. 2: University Health Services
- Tuesday, Jan. 6: Associated Students of Madison (ASM)
- Monday, Jan. 12: StudentPrint
- Monday, Jan. 12: WSUM Radio
