The Campus Information and Visitor Center, in cooperation with University Health Services is providing a series of free events designed to help UW–Madison students relax and have a little more fun during the end-of-semester crunch period.
Free “Stress Relief Week” events will take place in the lower-campus area, including the Red Gym, 716 Langdon St., Monday, May 3-Friday, May 7.
Among the scheduled events are “pet therapy,” the chance to make your own stress ball or tie-dye T-shirt, meditation and relaxation classes, chair massages, martial arts classes, a test-preparation workshop, free food and a drawing for prizes.
In addition to being “the gateway” to UW–Madison for prospective students and visitors, this office is also the central starting point for students with questions about the campus and the community. CIVC also provides an extensive listing of off-campus housing vacancies online.
