Staff directory being updated for 2004-05

Work is underway to produce the UW–Madison staff directory for 2004-05.

All updates to the department directory must be made electronically. Each unit or department should designate one person to update the entries.

Instructions for electronic submission of departmental updates can be found at http://www.vc.wisc.edu/dd/directdata.htm

Department contacts received the necessary instructions to complete the department update process on June 22.

Departments should remind employees to update their detailed individual listing (office, e-mail, home address) as needed during the year.

To change individual information, UW–Madison employees should submit an employee information form to their unit payroll coordinator. This form can be obtained from the unit payroll coordinator or on the Web. Changes will be reflected on the online staff directory, campus mail labels and centrex operator information throughout the year.

Changes entered by the payroll office by Friday, Sept. 10, will be reflected in the printed 2004-05 Staff Directory.
