Photo of the chancellor's house decorated for Halloween

That’s the spirit
Olin House, the official residence of the chancellor on Prospect Avenue, was decked out for Halloween with tombstones, pumpkins and other spooky regalia, thanks to the efforts of Mark and Roxanne Beckman, graduate students who reside in the house’s lower level. Photo: Jeff Miller

Making friends
There’s nothing quite as, well, cold and slimy, as the inside of a pumpkin. Seung Hyan Jo, right, whose father is a graduate student, learned that firsthand during the Great Pumpkin Party at Union South. Sharing the experience was Chris Anderson, public relations coordinator for the Wisconsin Union Directorate’s Community Services Committee. The event was sponsored by Anderson’s committee and the Greater University Tutoring Services. Photo: Stephanie Judge
