School of Education alumnus to lecture
An internationally recognized authority on teaching with technology will speak on “The Perfect E-Storm: Emerging Technology, Escalating Demands and Enhanced Teaching” at this year’s School of Education Alumni Weekend program.
Curtis J. Bonk, a School of Education alumnus and professor of educational psychology at Indiana University, teaches others across the United States and around the world how to teach online.
Bonk will talk about training teachers to motivate online students, and how to address individual learning styles and needs. This free public program will be held Saturday, May 8, at 10 a.m. in the H’Doubler Performance Space in Lathrop Hall. Information: http://www.education.wisc.edu/alumni/alumweek.asp.
