New WiscCal features available

WiscCal has been upgraded to the latest version of Oracle Calendar. This brings new functions and improvements throughout the application, both for Web-based and desktop client users. Among the improvements:

• Improved overall speed (connectivity, search, etc.)
• Improved Web client interface
• Better options for viewing multiple calendars through Group View
• Ability to search for users based on their user IDs and email addresses
• Access to more user/resource attributes (e.g., secondary phone numbers)

As a result of the upgrade, the URL to the web client for WiscCal has been changed. The new URL is: https://webcal.services.wisc.edu. If you have an old bookmark, please either delete and recreate a new one using this link or reconfigure your existing bookmark with this new link.
