Many opportunities to watch Inaugural events
Join fellow students, faculty and staff members watching the swearing in of Barack Obama and Joe Biden.
- International Student Services, the Student Organizations Office and the
Multicultural Student Center will host a watching party from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 20, in the MSC Lounge in the second floor of the Armory and Gymnasium (Red Gym). All are welcome. There will be free refreshments, cookie decorating and a life-size cutout of Obama for photos. - Numerous campus libraries will be broadcasting Tuesday’s events. View a complete schedule.
- The inauguration will also be available on computers on campus through the Digital Academic Television Network. This service can be viewed on computers in offices, classrooms, lecture halls, computer labs (bring your own headphones), libraries, guest rooms and UW Housing rooms.
