Information sessions will update HR Design timeline and progress
The next in a series of quarterly information sessions updating the campus community on the HR Design project are set for November.
Project leaders will discuss the revised timeline of the HR Design strategic plan and provide information on areas of interest, including: performance management, applicant tracking system and classified staff governance.
The schedule for the sessions is:
Wednesday, Nov. 13: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Memorial Union
Tuesday, Nov. 19: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Gordon Dining & Event Center
Tuesday, Nov. 19: 11 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at Memorial Union
Thursday, Nov. 21: 11 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Health Sciences Learning Center
The Nov. 19 afternoon session will be streamed live via the Internet. Details about the live stream will be available at the project website.
All four sessions will be facilitated in Spanish, Tibetan and Hmong. Mandarin Chinese will be facilitated at the Nov. 19 and Nov. 21 sessions only. ASL interpretation is available; requests for ASL interpretation should be made no less than 10 days prior to the session by emailing hrdesign@news.wisc.edu. All venues are wheelchair accessible.
All university employees are welcome to attend without loss of pay. Schedule with your supervisor if you wish to attend.
