Information sessions on HR Design implementation scheduled

HR Design project leaders will hold a series of information sessions on the implementation of the plan.

The sessions will include a presentation by project leaders and a question and answer period.

The first is scheduled for Monday, March 11 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. in Union South. A session is also set for Tuesday, March 12 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at the Gordon Dining and Event Center.

A third session is scheduled to accommodate second and third shift workers. It will be held on Wednesday, March 13 from 11 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at the Health Sciences Learning Center.

The presentation portion of all three sessions will be facilitated in English, Spanish, Tibetan and Hmong with interpretation services provided for the question and answer periods. In addition, facilitation and interpretation will be provided in Mandarin Chinese for the late night session.

Monday’s information session will be streamed live online. Information on how to view the webcast will be available later this week at the HR Design Web page.

All university employees are welcome to attend without loss of pay. Schedule with your supervisor if you wish to attend.
