Flu shot clinics scheduled for faculty, staff

Flu shot clinics will be provided at seven campus locations from Monday, Nov. 7-Tuesday, Nov. 15. The dates and specific locations are as follows:

Monday, Nov. 7, 3180 Grainger Hall
Tuesday, Nov. 8, B1 (Staff Lounge) Agriculture Engineering
Wednesday, Nov. 9, 103-105 Ingraham Hall
Thursday, Nov. 10, Red Gym (see “Today Board”)
Friday, Nov. 11, 8413-8417 Social Science
Monday, Nov. 14, 274 Van Hise
Tuesday, Nov. 15, 132 WARF

All flu shot clinics are from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. These flu shots are for university faculty and staff. They are not meant for spouses or children. University students should receive their flu shots from University Health Services.

For personnel with Dean Care, Physicians Plus, Group Health Cooperative or Unity health insurance, flu shots are administered at no charge if you bring your insurance card with you to the clinic. If you do not bring your insurance card with you, a fee of $23 for the flu shot will be required. If you pay for the shot on-site, a receipt will be provided so you can obtain reimbursement from your health insurance provider.
