Feingold to speak on African affairs

Senator Russell Feingold will speak Friday, Feb. 9, 4:30-6 p.m. in 5120 Grainger on “Perceptions and Misperceptions: Americans’ Understanding of Africa.”

The Wisconsin Chapter of the Fulbright Association is sponsoring the event in collaboration with the International Institute.
