Executive education program ranked among best

May 21, 2003

For the second consecutive year, the School of Business has made the list of the world’s top executive education providers released by the London-based Financial Times. In its May 19 edition, the Times ranked UW–Madison 17th in the United States and 34th in the world.

“Our second year in the rankings confirms the continuing strength of our traditional public programs and the outstanding growth we’re experiencing in upper-level and custom programs,” says Ted Beck, the school’s associate dean for executive education. “We are pleased to be ranked in the top 20 of U.S. schools in all three categories.”

UW–Madison Executive Education offers more than 260 public seminars annually in more than 100 program areas, including 10 certificate series in topics such as basic management, mid-management, project management, marketing and operations management. UW–Madison also offers custom programming for a growing list of corporate clients in the U.S. and abroad.
