CIMC offers 9-11 resources for teachers

October 2, 2001

In an effort to assist educators and others in helping children cope with the events of Sept. 11, the School of Education has compiled a comprehensive list of Internet resources related to the tragedy.

From the school’s Center for Instructional Materials and Computing site, Web users can access resources ranging from background information, such as “How Black Boxes Work,” to guides designed to help children cope with their feelings, such as Sesame Workshop’s “Tragic Times, Healing Words.”

To find the list, go to the “News and Events” page on the School of Education Web site, or visit the CIMC site directly.
