Q: Is Bucky available for a private appearance?
A: Bucky loves to make private appearances. The Spirit Squad, which consists of our cheerleaders, dance team members and Bucky Badger mascots, is happy to book him for you for a small fee. For more information, contact the Spirit Squad directly at 262-6703 or e-mail jrs@athletics.wisc.edu.
Q: Do you have a PowerPoint presentation that describes the university for people interviewing for training positions?
A: University Communications has put together an online slide show featuring a variety of campus images. The slide show consists of 25 general photographs, including snapshots of student involvement, famous campus buildings and the university in different seasons. Each image is accompanied by short descriptions or quotes from UW–Madison students, faculty and staff. You can view the slide show at http://www.uc.wisc.edu/slideshow/. In addition, on the main university Web site, http://www.wisc.edu, there are a number of links that may be helpful for prospective and current medical residents, including links to university facts, campus tour options and more.
