Union plans takeout Thanksgiving dinner

Wisconsin Union Catering will again be offering home-cooked Thanksgiving dinners and sides for take out. An individual dinner is $8.95; a family meal for six is $99. All of the various entrees may also be purchased a la carte (by the pound or “each” for turkeys and pies).

The menu includes:

• bourbon roast turkey
• gingersnap mustard glazed ham
• sage stuffing
• sweet potatoes and marshmallows
• homemade cranberry-orange relish
• famous fudge bottom, pumpkin or pecan pies

The menu items are precooked and reheatable for convenience. Orders may be placed until Friday, Nov. 18, with pickup between noon and 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 23, in Room 2224 of the Memorial Union. Please note: Memorial Union is closed on Thanksgiving Day.
