New Teaching Resources module on the Academic tab

In response to requests, the new Teaching Resources module in My UW–Madison displays links to Web resources associated to classes being taught.

The links automatically available in Teaching Resources (also shown on a student’s Course Resources module) include:

• A ‘contact’ link to the instructor’s listing in the campus white pages directory.
• Links to:
  • Library/Reserves
  • Learn@UW
  • eCOW (Engineering courses on the web)
  • Biological Sciences Course Guide descriptions

Optional links and information include:

• Two custom links for each course section, which the instructor may specify to appear on their student’s Course Resources module.
• Instructor’s personal Web page – shared with their students.
• Instructor’s office hours – shared with their students.

An Instructor’s class assignments are shown for the current and next terms. Links are displayed at a course or section level.
