Earnings Statements now available online
Are you scrambling to find your salary information for a mortgage lender or bank loan? Do you remember where you set aside that blue sheet of paper? UW–Madison employees no longer have to worry about these issues: Earnings Statements are now available online.

Who can view their Earnings Statements online?
Classified, unclassified and student employees who have an account on the My UW–Madison portal can view their information. This personalized information can be accessed from anywhere on the Internet, with just a Web browser and the employee’s campus NetID and password. This may be a different account than your work e-mail. Go to https://www.mynetid.wisc.edu/activate to activate your account.

What information is available?
The My UW–Madison Web portal now includes a “Work Record” tab. You may search for, display and print your earnings statements. This is the same information that has been available only in print, distributed at the end of each pay period. Employee Compensation and Benefits Services also uses the portal to distribute other employment and benefits information.

Will I still get a hard copy of my Earnings Statement each pay period?
Earnings statements for classified and unclassified staff will continue to be printed and distributed. Student earnings statements are no longer printed.

Who should I contact if I have a question regarding my Earnings Statement?
If the question is regarding access to the My UW–Madison portal, contact the DoIT help desk at 264-4357 or help@doit.wisc.edu.

If the question pertains to the contents or existence of an Earnings Statement, contact your payroll office.
