Bus service to be cut back May 10

Transportation Services reminds university employees and students that the regular campus buses (Route 80) will begin their recess-service schedule on Monday, May 10. The wait between buses will be 15 minutes, instead of seven to eight minutes, throughout the summer. Regular weekday service resumes Tuesday, Sept. 7.

Campus bus service will not operate on Memorial Day (May 31), the Fourth of July or Labor Day (Sept. 6).

The UW SAFEride buses (routes 81 and 82) will continue full service through Sunday, May 16. They do not run during the summer, but will resume service Wednesday, Sept. 1.
