Hooked on books

Donations for the Friends of the UW–Madison Libraries book sale may be dropped off at the Lake Street dock of Memorial Library weekdays, 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. The event, in 116 Memorial Library, starts Wednesday, Oct. 22, with a preview, 5-9 p.m. for $5 admission. The sale continues with no admission Thursday-Friday, 10:30 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday’s sale opens at 10:30 am. with books at $2 per bag (bring your own bag).
