WAA offers marathon package

Wisconsin Alumni Lifelong Learning will offer a weekend program for alumni and friends participating in the Mad City Marathon.

Runners of all levels and their families and friends are invited to come to Madison on Memorial Day Weekend May 24-27 to meet and run as a team. The three-day program includes race registration fees, a shuttle bus to race events, some meals, and instruction on final race preparation from Ron Carda of the Kinesiology Department. Alumni Marathon Weekend programs will be at the Fluno Center for Executive Education.

Cost: $170 for runners ($150 for WAA members), adult companions $70, children under 12 $50. Fluno Center guest rooms, $135 per night. Information: 262-7545.
