Magnuson tribute Aug. 6

A tribute to retiring UW–Madison professor John J. Magnuson is scheduled Monday, Aug. 6, 7:30 p.m., 6191 Helen C. White Hall, 600 N. Park St.

Magnuson retired July 1 after nearly 40 years of overall service to aquatic science and 32 years at the Center for Limnology. The program will include informal short reminiscences about Magnuson as adviser, friend, mentor and colleague. If you would like to participate, contact: Roy Stein, (614) 292-1613.
