As a part of Family Weekend, an event titled “The Life of Cheese: A Tasting and Science of Cheese” was held Saturday at the Steenbock’s on Orchard Restaurant in the Discovery Building. This exploration and tasting of cheese as it ages was part of the Wisconsin Science Festival.
