Bus passes ready for distribution
Faculty, academic staff, classified employees, limited-term employees, emeriti and UW Health Employees can pick up their free 2012-2013 bus pass starting this week.
This commuter solution is subsidized 100 percent by UW Transportation Services and UW Health.
To pick up your complimentary pass, present your UW Employee WisCard or UW Hospital ID at any of these times and locations:
- Monday, Aug. 13 through Friday, Aug. 17, Memorial Library, West Corridor, Room 124, from 10 a.m.- 6 p.m.
- Monday, Aug. 20 through Friday, Aug. 24, Health Sciences Learning Center, Atrium, from 10 a.m.- 6 p.m.

- Tuesday, Sept. 4 through Friday, Sept. 7, WARF Building, Room 132, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
During these distributions, Transportation Services will not distribute 2012-2013 passes at the normal office locations due to the heavy volume of customers. After Sept. 7, you may again pick up your pass during normal business hours at our offices throughout the year. 2011-12 passes will be available at our customer service locations until Sept. 1.
Known users of paratransit were personally contacted individually regarding bus passes. If you need to request a pass, please email dward@fpm.wisc.edu with your name, Wiscard ID or UW Hospital ID number.
State Historical Society, UW Foundation, Alumni Association, and WARF/WICELL employees must retrieve their passes directly from their respective organizations. Graduate assistants and student hourly employees are not eligible for an employee bus pass but may be eligible for a student pass from ASM. Members of the Retirement Association are not eligible for a complimentary pass.
