Employee bus pass distribution dates set
Employees can continue picking up their complimentary Madison Metro bus passes at several times and locations through Sept. 10.
Employees should be sure to bring their university ID card (WISCARD) or hospital ID with them.
All distribution locations will be open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Here are the dates and locations:
• Aug. 23-27, Memorial Union, TITU, 800 Langdon St.
• Aug. 30-Sept. 3, UW Hospital, H4/1 elevator lobby kiosk, 600 Highland Ave.
• Sept. 7-10, WARF Building, Room 132, 614 Walnut St. (No distribution on Sept. 6.)
Transportation Services will not be making any changes in the university’s complimentary employee bus pass program for the coming year. The passes, which allow UW–Madison employees to ride free on all Madison Metro routes (excluding special event shuttles), will continue to be subsidized 100 percent by Transportation Services for 2010-11.
Transportation Services welcomes feedback regarding potential changes to the employee bus pass program (such as charging a fee) for the 2011-12 year. To comment, send an e-mail to feedback@fpm.wisc.edu or visit http://www.wisc.edu/trans and click “feedback” at the bottom of the page.
