Student memorial set for Thursday

The Offices of the Dean of Students will remember UW–Madison students who passed away during the 2009-10 academic year during a brief ceremony at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 6 at the Carillon Tower.

To begin, carilloneur Lyle Anderson will play nine short individual pieces, each followed by a minute of silence. The silence is to commemorate the life of each student.

In conclusion, the piece “In Memoriam” by John Courter will be played.
